She is committed to getting recognition for Asians in Britian.

Smita Tharoor is the founder of Tharoor Associates, a training, coaching and organisational development consultancy. She is an obsessive reader, especially books written by or about South Asians and is bringing all her energy to support this worthwhile cause.
Aditi Khanna is a journalist based in London. She is Senior Editor of India Inc. and freelances for various print publications. She is also the Secretary of the Indian Journalists Association (IJA).
Runi Khan is the founder director of Culturepot Global, a cultural melting pot which brings together emerging and established artists in music, dance, literature, theatre, film and photography with a distinct South Asian flavour.
